Terms of Service

By accessing Axtral (site, APIs, panel, documentation), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for account use and all activity under your username.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the SaaS/APIs in accordance with these Terms and technical documentation. We may introduce changes, improvements or corrections at any time.

Prohibited: Reverse engineering not permitted, Uploading malicious code, Use for illegal activities, Infringing third-party rights, Circumventing security controls, Use that degrades the service. We may suspend accounts for security risks or material breach.

You authorize us to process data necessary to provide you the service. You are responsible for content you upload and for having appropriate licenses, consents and rights.

Axtral and its logos, software, models, documentation and know-how are exclusive property of the company and protected by Intellectual Property laws. You acquire no rights to the software except the limited license granted in these Terms.

If you purchase paid plans, the communicated commercial conditions apply (frequency, renewal, cancellation). We may suspend service for non-payment after appropriate notice.

Both parties protect confidential information exchanged. It will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including sanctions, AML, KYC and privacy laws. Axtral may suspend services if regulatory compliance risk exists.

Links to third-party sites are informational only. Axtral is not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. Use of third-party APIs is governed by their terms.

The service is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axtral is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and defend Axtral against claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, use of the service or violation of third-party rights.

Axtral may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, fraud, or illegal activities. Termination is immediate if security or regulatory compliance risk exists.

These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Estonian Arbitration Court.

Axtral may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
